Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer (Air & Water Balancing)
Location: Kensington, London
Job Type: Temporary (3 months)
Working hours: 7 am-3 pm, Monday-Friday
Rate: £280 a day
Start date: Monday 12/02/2024
A dynamic and innovative leader in the HVAC industry, dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for optimal indoor comfort, is looking for a skilled HVAC Commissioning Engineer (Air & Water Balancing).
The HVAC commissioning engineer will be verifying AHUs, ventilation systems and water distribution systems function efficiently and meet design specifications.
The HVAC commissioning engineer will ensure there is proper distribution and circulation of air throughout the building and will be required to adjust dampers, louvres and registers to achieve specified airflow rates.
The HVAC commissioning engineer will ensure balanced water flow in water circulation systems, such as hydronic heating or chilled water systems, by adjusting valves and monitoring water pressure differentials.
The HVAC commissioning engineer will be required to keep a record of test results and any adjustments made.
The HVAC commissioning engineer must be Level 2 qualified in Plumbing & Heating.
The HVAC commissioning engineer must be Fgas Cat 1 qualified.
The HVAC commissioning engineer must have a proven record as an HVAC commissioning engineer.
